Good reasons to write
- A correction: a hotel has closed, changed its name or changed something an entry describes.
- A suggestion for a hotel that fits one of the four categories.
- A privacy request, such as asking us to delete an earlier message.
- A question about how the index is put together.
Corrections are read first. Where possible, include a link to the hotel's own website so the change can be checked.
What we cannot help with
We are not a booking service and hold no reservations. We cannot confirm availability, change dates, issue refunds or pass messages to hotels. For any of that, contact the property directly through its own website.
Hotels cannot buy a place in the index. Messages offering payment for inclusion will not receive a reply.
